Refund Policy

If your shipment arrives lost, damaged, or incomplete, please report the issue to us through the contact us page on our website. We will promptly assess your request and arrange either a refund or a replacement for the missing or damaged items.


Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and replacements will be shipped within 10 business days after your request is approved. If a shipment arrives with damaged packaging or opened product seals, we advise you not to accept the delivery.

If you receive a shipment that the packaging is broken or bottle caps have been opened, do not accept it.

Please ensure that all refund requests are submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
